An album of experimental music Voices of Iron Forest from the Russian project S.A.M. came out at number 155 on the label of Simphonic Silence Inside. The S.A.M. project was created in 1999, in Rostov-on-Don, under the influence of the best electronic and experimental musicians of that time (Imminent Starvation, Aphex Twin, Orbital, Front Line Assembly, The Orb, etc.). To create compositions Arsen Sogoyan uses field recordings (machines, mechanisms, radio noise) which are later processed using analog equipment, software and signal processing chains. The main idea of the album Voices of Iron Forest is the use of one leading instrument for all kinds of sound experiments. For these purposes, was made Kalimba from scrap materials for a certain symbiosis, modern technology and a simple plucking tool. It is worth saying that most of the tracks were recorded in real time, in Live mode and captured the moment of improvisation and creativity of the musician in its original form. As S.A.M. says. "...all genius is simple, sometimes in the bustle of this world, the pursuit of far-fetched goods, we do not see the present, alive, native, which calms, appeases, adjusts to the desired way..."

Альбом экспериментальной музыки Voices of Iron Forest от российского проекта S.A.M. вышел под номером 155 на лейбле Симфоническая Тишина Внутри. Проект S.А.М. был создан в 1999 году, в Ростове-на-Дону, под влиянием лучших электронных и экспериментальных музыкантов того времени (Imminent Starvation, Aphex Twin, Orbital, Front Line Assembly, The Orb и др). Для создания композиций Арсен Согоян использует полевые записи (станки, механизмы, радио шум) которые позже подвергаются обработке с помощью аналогового оборудования, программного обеспечения и цепочек обработки сигналов. Основная же идея альбома Voices of Iron Forest это использование одного ведущего инструмента для всевозможных звуковых экспериментов. Для этих целей была изготовлена Калимба из подручных материалов для некого симбиоза, современных технологий и простого щипкового инструмента. Стоит сказать, что записи большинства треков велись в реальном времени, т.е. в режиме Live и запечатлели момент импровизации и творчества музыканта в первозданном виде. Как говорит S.A.M. "...все гениальное просто, порой в суете этого мира, погоней за надуманными благами, мы не видим настоящее, живое, родное, которое успокаивает, умиротворяет, настраивает на нужный лад..."
